Having a dog in the family means you are a 'walker' and no doubt do the same walks day in and day out. Well, now its time to spice things up a bit. I have listed a few 'wonderful walks' which may inspire you to venture somewhere different for a change of scenery.

Dam Flask Reservoir - A good 5-6km walk featuring paths, woodland and water. There are ducks to feed in Bradfield and lots of eateries to choose from.
Langsett Reservoir - This reservoir never fails to disappoint. Impressive views and free car park too.
Norfolk Heritage Trail - Discover Sheffield from past to present, on this 3 mile route. Great for buggies and scooters. Playground stop off too.
Herdings Park walk - A full circular walk of approx 4 miles taking in countryside views
Wickersley Woods - A great one for younger legs as its only 2 miles. The woods are great to finish off and explore. See if you can find the tree swing too.
Spire walk - Starting in Laughton en le morthen and features Roche abbey along the way
The Village walk at Ulley Country Park - following the stream and reservoir, great for exploring and stop off at the Royal Oak for food and refreshments half way.
Thorpe Salvin Trail - Take a walk through the ancient woods of Thorpe Salvin and along the Chesterfield Canal, on this circular 3 mile walk
Harthill Reservoir - Choose your route with a variety of waymarkers to keep you on track
Worsbrough Mill and Reservoir - perfect for paths, trails and woodlands to explore
The Pen-Den Trail - A 5½ mile scenic walk linking Penistone and Denby Dale railway stations
Elsecar to Tankersley - a good 3 miles exploring feidls and woodland
Sprotbrough and Cusworth Hall - a 4.1 circular walk which includes both villages and the surrounding fields.
Charlton Brook and Thorncliffe Pond - 2.5 miles of woodland and ponds
Lodgemoor walks - a selection of trails from easy to hard
