Updated: Sep 28, 2020

Trying to find a dog friendly beach with dogs and children seemed the most simplest of ideas. Everyone would be entertained, loads of space and freedom right? Wrong. That's until you get there and read the 'NO DOGS ALLOWED' signs plastered along the promenade.

Fear not, using the help of my online community, I have pulled together the top 5 #DogFriendlyBeaches where dogs are permitted all year round:

1. Fraisthorpe Beach, Bridlington

Literally the number one dog friensly beach in #Bridlington for dog lovers alike. No restrictions, miles of beach and a cool cafe, The Cow Shed to provide the food and refreshments. Chargeable parking.

As well as being plenty of room for beach games the beach is used by swimmers, surfers, sea anglers and bird watchers. No frills type of day with only toilets nearby and an outdoor tap. Pop into #Mablethorpe (approx 20 mins in car) for all the usual amenities.
